2. Services

Michigan Web Design & Development provides web design, web development, and related digital services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Website maintenance and support
  • WCAG accessibility compliance
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Domain and hosting assistance

3. Service Plans and Payment

We offer various service plans as described on our website:

  • Basic Plan: $20/month (billed annually at $240) — Single page website
  • Business Plan: $60/month (billed annually at $720) — 5-page website
  • Enterprise: $200/hour — Custom development (call for quote)

All plans require a 12-month commitment unless otherwise specified. The Enterprise plan operates on a Zero Contract guarantee — if you are not satisfied before launch, you may walk away.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information
  • Supplying content (text, images, branding materials) in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and approving design mockups and revisions
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the content they have provided. The website design and custom code developed by Michigan Web Design & Development are licensed to the client for their use. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Michigan Web Design & Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or business outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
